Almond flakes cookies/sticks Recipe?

bubbliciousmini asked: Im not sure whether the correct term to call the dish. Almond bar, cookie or stick. But its commonly seen in bakeries. Its like cripsy toasted pastry in rectangular shape, and topped with caramel/honey-glazed almond flakes.

what should i do with all these carrots? recipes please?
