You want something to eat or decorate with? My neighbor takes Corn Flakes and marshmallow and bakes them like you would a Rice Crispie Treat and then has this green icing that’s lightly brushed on and then adds Red Hots for little wreaths!

I haven’t tried these out yet but I will before Christmas. They sound easy.

my favorite christmas craft is making miniature gingerbread houses out of graham crackers.
The link below just calls for frosting but I make them by melting powdered sugar in a non stick electric skillet them sticking them togeather. It dries really fast. I used canned frosting. This is a project that any age kid can do. If they are little, you need to help them build the house because the hot sugar can burn you. Anybody can decorate them. You can go wild with the decorations. anything edible that is dry. Have fun!

This is an edible cookie recipe that looks like artificial strawberries

Make the usual Rice Krispie Treats recipe, but add 1 Cup of finely chopped dates and 1/2 C. chopped pecans and then shape into Strawberries ( moisten fingers wi/ water) and roll in red decorator sugar.
Top with a small leaf you cut from green construction paper and dye toothpicks in green food coloring, allow to dry on paper towel and break in half. Insert half toothpick in top of
” berry” to hold the paper leaf in place.
